It’s now allowed to edit or delete any message already sent within 150 minutes (instead of 30 minutes). - eLearning
Depending on the user's profile, Rainbow video tutorials are available from the Rainbow application itself. Just click on the bottom icon in the left side panel to access the tutorials. Warning: in v112, this feature in available in French and English only. - User Interface
New illustrations are now displayed to fill in remaining empty screens.
Main Fixes
- Active conference
Some bubbles could be shown as 'active' when they were not. Update of end conference status was not always well taken into account. - Dashboard
The WebRTC dashboard in the admin view shown always 0 instead of the correct uptime. The value rendered by the backend was not taken into account. - Missed calls
The notification of missed calls was not always removed after any action from user who had to delete the information in the history. The notification mechanism has been reviewed. - Profiles
Users in specific profiles were able to use some forbidden features. The profiles are now completely managed. - Turn off notifications
On their web app, when notifications turned off, the user received notifications mentioning someone else. The notification mechanism has been reviewed. - Audio quality
Some users complained about bad quality of their audio in conference. Status of the server negotiating the connectivity could remain in "connecting" state. A defense mechanism has been developed in such case. - Telephony services
Customers could get instability and sporadically lose their VoIP services. When webrtc gateway connection down for any reason, and connection in back and forth with server, the telephony services couldn't come back in normal situation. It has been fixed.
Administration
- Rainbow HUB
On expiry of the Voice subscription, users are not allowed anymore to place calls. In the admin page, the administrators are informed by a tooltip: no more available license (Only emergency cases are still allowed). - Web admin
BP finance & BP operation administrators can access the subscription history of their customers directly from the company's subscription page by clicking on the 3 vertical dots and selecting "History", without losing the focus on the company they are working on. - Web admin
To avoid any confusion when managing their companies, an information 'Distributor company name' is added in all pages where there is a dropdown selection to help Indirect Resellers who belong to several distributors. - Web admin
Administrator can allow eLearning feature ‘Access the training area’ and tracking of user's progress ‘Earn badges to track your progress’ in the section Training of the Profiles
