Manage a three-party conference

This article is intented for Rainbow users managing three-party conferences from their company deskphone.

The deskphone must be associated to your Rainbow user account and connected to the communication server of your company (i.e. Cloud PBX in Rainbow). For supported deskphones and their minimun software version, refer to the CURRENT VERSIONS section in News & Update.

Starting a three-party conference

A three-party conference can be started when you have one contact on hold and you are in communication with a second contact. 

To start the three-party conference, press the Conf softkey or key.

You are in conference and you can converse with your two contacts simultaneously.

Ending a three-party conference

To end the conference, press the End conf softkey or key.

Leaving the three-party conference

You can leave the conference and let your contacts converse.

To leave the conference, press the Transfer softkey or  key.
