Listen to your voicemail

This article is intented for Rainbow users listening to their voicemail from their company deskphone.

The deskphone must be associated to your Rainbow user account and connected to the communication server of your company (i.e. Cloud PBX in Rainbow). For supported deskphones and their minimun software version, refer to the CURRENT VERSIONS section in News & Update.

The message key flashes when you have new voice messages or missed calls.

To listen to your voice messages:

1. Press the message key .
2. Select the X New voice message softkey. 
3. Enter your voicemail password and press the Accept softkey.
   Follow instructions to review and manage new messages.
4. When the messages have been reviewed, press the Exit softkey to quit the voicemail.

To access your voice mail and manage saved voice messages:

1. Press the message key .
2. Select the Voice mail softkey. 
3. Enter your voicemail password and press the Accept softkey.
