Samsung A03 Core

Hi,

I´ve got and issue with Samsung A03 Core. If the mobile have the screen standby, all dark, the calls not ringing on the Rainbow app. If the screen is ON works fine, checked the notifications and all are activated. Also some issues when trying to do internal or external calls, don´t allowed, not always happening.

Any information about this issue?

    Hi Ricardo,

    Good day.

    We were having similar issues with the previous Rainbow Android releases and the issue was fixed with the release 1.112.1.

    Currently, we are running with the latest version 1.118.3. If you are still facing the same issue with the latest version release create a SR with Rainbow support team with the required details.
