  Hi Sitig,

  Hope you are doing well.

  Please see the difference between Internal calls and External calls in Analytics.

  Internal calls are used within the network, as you dialled internally which is short extension.

  External calls are used outside your network or outside the company, eg; Mobile or any landline.
