    Good day to you!

    Was this an issue with the Rainbow release version 2.118?

    Currently we are running on latest version 2.122.13 please check the behaviour with this version.

    If you are still facing the issue.

    Kindly create the service request with the Rainbow support team.

    The behavior is unchanged in v2.122.13.

    This was initially reported with v114.15 in a service request back in March '23. I was told this wasn't a bug or so and we should make a request for improvement with our Channel Sales Manager.

    Should I open another service request anyway?
