Hi everybody,

missing the ability in rainbow to start external application enriched with caller information like phone number, mailadress or name&surname. The user or the admin should get this feature to set one favorite application which is automatically started when he picks up an call or an chat. E.g. it is ringing you pick up the call and rainbow starts an CRM application and forwards all information's of the caller number , name etc.. So the 3rd party application starts automatically with the specific user information's in his database invoices etc...

  Dear Mikail,

  This enhancement is road mapped in Q4 2018. Target is to launch a URL/program on incoming call according to the calling number.
