Make Rainbow is still running in background notification optional

When you start up rainbow, then minimize the window, you get anotification telling you that Rainbow is still running in the background. Other manufacturers allow to close the notification with a dedicated click and this then saves the desired state so that the notification is not shown anymore in the future. With Rainbow, the notification is always shown. And with Windows10 it's particularly annoying because not only does it show on the screen, it also shows in the notification panel.

Rainbow should be changed so that the notification can be permanently dismissed and that state be retained after a restart.

  I would like to such a configuration feature too.
  It's really annoying to delete this notification several times a day.
  Switching off general all notifications from Rainbow is no solution.

  This notifications every morning are just annoying, so please stop that.
