Rainbow 1.33: Breaking change

Hi developers, 

Due to security enhancements introduced in Rainbow 1.33, you need to upgrade your SDK to the latest existing version (at least 1.33) in order to be able to connect to Rainbow.

Impacted SDK or tools are:

- SDK for Android

- SDK for Node.JS

- Rainbow CLI tool.

- Starter Kit for SDK Node.JS

- Rainbow Chatbot

If you are using one of these components, you need to upgrade it.
