Busy lamp field (BLF) in a seperate customizable window

It would be a really great and usefull feature if each user can create his own customizable window with his favorite contacts.

So a dedicated window where i can see all my favorite Rainbowusers with a quick view. There should be Informations like busy in a call (external/internal). Outlook Calendar Informations, active divertions and so on.

Attached a Screenshot of an other UC/Collab Tool with PBX Integration, there i have all my contacts in a really short view. When i hover over contact i see more Informations (Outlook calendar) and can quickly chat, call him or pick his call.

    Hi Benjamin,

    We plan to allow the user selecting up to 10 favorite conversations (contacts and/or bubbles) on the left panel. This should be done in Q4 this year.
    However, for having an extended BLF panel, I suggest to develop this through the CPaaS platform.
