Android 10, screen switches on after call answered, involuntary touches after
I report a problem with an Android smartphone, Android os version 10.
The phone is an ATEX smartphone, model: isafe-mobile IS655.2
The problem is the following: when making a call with Rainbow, once the phone is brought close to the ear, the proximity sensor is triggered and the screen turns off (correct behavior) but when the interlocutor accepts the call, the screen turns back on automatically, creating a problem as involuntary touches occur on the screen as it is unlocked
With normal calls or with other applications such as whatsapp or skype calls, the problem does not occur.
I have already tried to check all screen and notification settings but to no avail.
Unfortunately, the phone cannot be updated to the latest version of Android
Can you please help me
Thanks in advance

Hi Marco,
Good day.
Since the Android 10 is an older version and the current version is Android 13.
could you provide us with the detail about the call scenario (eg: external, internal, peer to peer)?
