Calls between oxo extension and rainbow extension in resstricted mode do not work

Our installation is based on OXO connect R4 - 510.001 and WebRTC V.2.2.7.532
Phone calls have a problem when the PBX is in restricted mode.
Calls between oxo extension and rainbow extension in resstricted mode do not work while in normal mode everything works normally.
We need it to work in any mode (normal / restricted).
Any suggestions?

    Hi Gustavo,

    Hope you are doing well.

    The calls between OXO extensions and Rainbow Extensions are working in Restricted mode, which is normal. We tried it internally and it works fine on OXO Connect R6.0 / 024.001 and WebRTC V.2.2.7.

    Kindly check the behavior with the Upgraded OXO connect version.
