My client using Rainbow Version: 1.122.5.811 and iOS version : 16.5.1 iPhone model : iPad6. They recently have encountered one to one chats did not work with above title error message.
Can anybody clarify cases when the account does not belong to a system?
(Used to be the account could use the chat. )

Good day to you.
Since, the user is running with the latest version of Rainbow clients. Could you check if the chat permissions are provided under the user profiles . If they are still facing the same issue create a TAC ticket with the Rainbow support team which is required with both details users and the Rainbow client logs to analyze further.
