I'm working with the C# SDK. I've a user linked to a DDI, so I can receive calls with the rainbow web client.
I was searching but I didn't found how I can get an event for incoming calls: when the number is ringing, when the user accepted the call and also when the call is over (due to reject or hang up). I need to integrate it with our CRM so I've to grab information about the incoming number and the destination.
Is it also possible to manage the call with the API? I mean: accept the incoming call, forward the call to an another agent (or an external number) and finish the call.
During my test I was only able to get an event when the rainbow user starts an call to an external number, but I only get a CallEvent with status Dialing but with the list of participants empty. But no more events related to the call...
What I'm missing? Or maybe those needs I've cannot be met with the current Rainbow API?
