    I understand the feature. If the Rainbow user is a associated with cloud PBX/HUB the personal routine custom messages can be managed and can be describe the call forwarding:

    as we have a OXE we do not use "Rainbow Hub". Would be greate to have this feature too.

    Features with Rainbow varies according to environment/ PBX we choose. Anyhow, we will look into it about the possibilities in future Rainbow releases.
