Change Presence of the users

I need to create a service which changes presence of the users by email.
As I understood there are SDKs and REST Api that require application id and secret and user's login and password.

Can I use admin (or some another user) login and password to change the presence of any user in the company/organization?

  Hi,
  No you cannot change the presence of another user. Because It's a personal information.
