Include "callto" protocol the same way as "tel" on Rainbow app

When installing Rainbow app it includes the registry keys in order to allow Windows to select Rainbow app as application to manage "tel" links and launch calls.
Need to update app in order to include their registry keys to be able to be selected for "callto" protocol.
