Buenas tardes

Al abrir el archivo instalación de Rainbow, me aparece el siguiente mensaje: (the installation only supports windows 10 and above). Sin embargo el computador cuenta con windows 10 Pro. 

Si alguien sabe la solución a este problema, se lo agradecería.

  We understand that when you try to open the Rainbow installation file, you receive the following message: "The installation only supports Windows 10 and above." However, your computer is running Windows 10 Pro.
