when it is followed as shown in the videos, the SSO doesnt work, until after the upload of metadata you download the cert again , a second time, and import again the cert in Rainbow
Also we found on the first time download of the base 64 cert, the download link used in the video is greyed out, and you can only get the download from the menu on the top right of the application screen
