Invitations and PINS not being received by Microsoft Email accounts (hotmail, outlook, live etc.)
Hi,
When onboarding / inviting or creating an account within rainbow the person never gets the invite or PIN code so they can create a Rainbow account when they use any microsoft email address e.g. hotmail.com, outlook.com, live.com or their .co.uk alternatives.
It seems like the openrainbow.com servers do not meet Microsoft reputation standards so it gets block before getting to the recipients email address. It doesn't ever get into their Inbox /Junk Email folder as it gets blocked before that.
Please can this be fixed by the owners of the email servers that manage the openrainbow.com email servers to meet the reputation requirements set by microsoft email servers?

We understand that the users with mail services from hotmail.com, outlook.com, live.com are not receiving reset/pin emails from Rainbow.
Could you please check with your IT teams whether any filter applied for email from openrainbow.com as we don't have issue and not received any reports from other users.
If the issue still persists please create a ticket to support@openrainbow.com with required details to assist you more about this issue.
