After I have transferred a call participant A to another participant B, but B is not available, how do I retrieve the call with participant A?

  Hi Ellen,

  Good day!

  It is not possible to retrieve the call.

  Instead of immediate transfer. Place the call on hold and transferring the call will be a option.
