Need Help Sending User Notifications via API

Hello,

I am trying to send messages to specific users within my company using the APIs Rest. I have successfully retrieved the authentication token, but I am unable to determine how to send the notifications.

The goal is to use this functionality to send alerts to selected users.

Could you please guide me on how to proceed or point me to the relevant documentation?

    Hello,

    Are you using an SDK or just the REST API?

    To my knowledge, if you're using only the REST API, it's not possible to send instant messages (or only with a user with very high privileges).

    You must first use an event system like XMPP (default) or S2S (Server-to-Server).
