Option to "not allow" audio/video call but still participate in a bubble with audio/video

Would be nice to allow users in bubble with Video/Audio, but not for Rainbowcall.

We have alot of users who cant handle the classic phonecall + Rainbowcall.

There is already an option which allows or forbids its but its for individual and multi-party.
We cant say yes for multi/bubble but no for individual.
That would be so great.
