Account Locked More than 1 Hour
AnsweredMy account is locked (more than 1 hour) despite the message:
Moreover, I don't think to have written a wrong password, I can't understand why my account is locked (perhaps someone has tried to connect using my name, but I can't believe that)....

As workaround, I propose you to make a reset password.
This action should permit you to define a new password and connect to Rainbow without waiting 1 hour.If you want more detail about the reason of your account locking, please contact your support team thanks to Emily in Rainbow.
