“Telephony Services Are Currently Not Available”
We’re testing rainbow on a couple of users in our office.
2 users working. 2 users not.
The two that aren’t - the phone in the top right of the rainbow application is off-hook and showing the message “telephone services are currently not available”.
Any ideas why?

Hi Andy, not sure if you've solved this. I have had some issues with the Rainbow server syncing in real time when I add new users to the OXO. I have found that by going into the Rainbow tab in OMC and unchecking the Enable button, waiting a few seconds and then ticking it again - it seems to cause a 'forced' synchronisation with the OXO. That might help.
