PBX Call logs on iphone

The PBX call logs are presented in Rainbow iPhone app with the PBX prefix and due to this, calling out from iphone from these call logs is not possible. I suggest to remove the prefix or replace it with country code.

E.g. the call log 90564158479 may be stored as +971564158479

Note: this way of storing call logs with PBX prefix is only good for the Rainbow PC client for click-to-call

  I suggest you to enter a ticket to the support team, as callback on PSTN numbers should work.
