Give different levels of visibility to users

We suggest Rainbow to have a "hierarchization" function, enabling to create 'VIP users' in the list of users of a specific company.

Eg.: limiting users to see/find the " C's " of the company (CEO, CTO, CSO), but letting these find all others; a State Governor seeing all State collaborators, but not being seen by them, etc.
