cell phone app push notification, not working until i open the app

on Android and Iphone cell phone, if i don't open the rainbow app i can't receibe chat or call notifications, I have to open it and then i receibe all past notifications.

I have 30 clientes with difertent cell phones models from low to hi range and diferents brands, and in most of them I have this issue.

is there any configuration that do i have to do to make this function work

  Android and iPhone apps have different behaviors. The push notification should work on iOS even if you killed the app (double-click home + slide up). If this is not the case, please contact your help deskand send them the application logs. On Android, the notification must work as long as the application process is enabled.

  Hello,

  We have got the same problema in two IPhone, IPhone 10 and iPhone 6.

  We did the procedure  (double-click home + slide up) and we still hace the problem.

  Where can I find the log of the App in the IPhone?

  How I should to send the log?

  I am going to explain more:

  Sometimes with the application in background appears the notification but with a long delay more than 5 minutes

  If the screen is switch off the notification never arrived

  If the phone is blocked the notification never arrived
