Multiple chat window should be visible for easy conversations

Hi,

It seems that it is difficult to chat with multiple persons or groups at a time as the only one rainbow chat window appears in the display. For, example, If I am talking with user A , the user A window only visible. during that time, I am unable to chat with user B. I need to select separately user B to chat. Again I need to switch back to user A to continue the chat.

My requirement is, User A and User B chat windows should be visible simultaneously in seperate windows.
