BUBBLE_PROMOTE_MEMBER for web sandbox

 i use API Bubbles.promoteContactToModerator(contact, bubble). I got error response when i use that API. 

 

"updateRoomUser 7d14e2136218b5c81c93077c7f70284d to room 5b0a821226273f8111f59a55(promosi) failure: User's profile(s) don't allow feature BUBBLE_PROMOTE_MEMBER.'

 

how can i fix that?can i use API to promote contact even i'm using rainbow-sdk for sanbox version?

  Hi Muhammad,

   

  Did you create an AppID / secret for your application ?
  The promote is only allowed for known applications.

  Howto create an appID: with an administrator user on your company on the sabdbox

  By installing Rainbow-CLI https://www.npmjs.com/package/rainbow-cli you will be able to set your account to developer
  After login to sandbox:
  rbw login "<email>" "<password>" --host sandbox.openrainbow.com
  you should be able to add to your user the "developer" role:
  rbw set developer
  then new commands will be shown. And to create an appID:
  rbw create application <name>
