notification on Reading of messages on bubbles

When several people are in bubble is it possible to see when a bubble message is read by the other users and at what time and date?

I.e. John stenhouse puts on an IM ‘Please be in the office at 8.00am tomorrow’

John stenhouse would like to see if and when all the other members of the bubble have read the message?

  We could see that Ruben and you had the same idea! It should be more intersting to merge your publication with Ruben's publication to get more comments and votes. 
  Take a look to Ruben's publication "Message sent to a group: has anyone seen it ? " and let him know that you had the same idea than him!
