Conference thresholds - per company or per user?

Can a conference spend threshold be set up to prevent abuse or companies spending far more than they expect?

If so, can this threshold be set per company or per end user?

What happens if the threshold is reached?

  I like that idea Craig. A simple thing like a customer receiving a higher bill than expected can ruin their rainbow experience.
