polling options for a survey

Providing polling options online on rainbow after providing any service. This would be helpful in conducting the online survey through rainbow instead of taking it from the email. For eg: IT team solves a ticket and asks for a feedback through email. Now it should be possible to take the survey from rainbow.

  Hello Christophe,

   What about adding a poll and a survey feature directly in Rainbow? For instance as a feature of a bubble?
  This suggestion come from people at IBM who used to collaborate with many tools like Webex, Box, Trello, Mural ,Slack. We try to replace this collection of tools by Rainbow with some success. But they pointed out that poll / survey functionality is missing.

  As mentioned in my latest post, this should be provided by a Bot, which is a more generic solution for providing any kind of poll.
