We have had the problem a few times. Check the dns address in the OXO/OXE set it to 8.8.8.8 and see if it reconnects to the Rainbow server

    Hi Brian.

Thanks for the feedback. I checked that. OXE and WebRTC Gateway have the DNS 8.8.8.8. It's strange because I have the same issue on my business user raul.pollio@al-enterprise.com and I not able to check the OXE in Calabasas.
    Regards

    Raul

We had 4 customers go offline in a two day period. Their systems were programmed with a local DNS address. Some of the Rainbow Servers had an address update which caused the customers to go off line. The local dns servers did not update with the new Rainbow addresses. Once we changed the dns address to 8.8.8.8 all the systems reconnected to the Rainbow servers

    Hi Brian.

I rebooted the OXE and the services are available again.

    Thanks again for your support.
    Regards

    Raul
