Unread Messages

When opening rainbow the my conversation windows shows the number of unread messages.  However when you go into the actual messages for example a bubble that has 20 unread messages you have no idea where the new messages begin.  Need something to show the unread messages or where the new messages start.

  A message stating " You have 20 unread messages" can be given in the bubble conversation window only for the user who has not read the messages

  Let's approach this differently.  When I open my email it says i have 20 unread email messages.  Those unread messages are bold.  There should be a way to identify where the last read message is and where the new unread messages begin.

  Hi all, yes that would be helpful option if you open a conversation and it starts from that point were you left the conversation. Otherwise you are scrolling and searching for date&time. Maybe an approach to have an general feature in the settings  where the user can switch  on or off.
