Rainbow peers connection monitoring tools

We need auxiliary tools to help us, here, at Intuitiva (and I guess other partners look for the same), to diagnose Rainbow disconnections from its peers, like the OXEs and WRGs.
Just for an example, in case Rainbow disconnects from OXE telephony services, the agent running in the OXE generates poor log for all support teams. We need clear overview and detailed info from all sides of the communication.
