User without deskphone
Hi everyone,
I've an OXO Connect Evolution with Rainbow users without deskphone and 4 normal deskphone not connected on Rainbow.
I try to assign an user to a virtual terminal but it's not working (I don't have song on my computer, ringtone and tone). So I try with a deskphone instead of a virtual but it's the same.
When I want to choose my call destination "Computer (Voice over IP)" is grayed
Am I doing this badly?
I already have a WebRTC Gateway configured on my installation.

Is your "Computer (Voice over IP)" is grayed... this means that your WebRTC Gateway is not connected to the Rainbow server, and you must check the Gateway configuration using the article:
- TC2479
If after verifying the configuration, with the help of the article and the TC, continue having the same issue, please let me know.
