Let me add. Behavior is random, now using Android Standard Rainbow application, you can leave and don't receive the inactivate event nor the immediate activate event. But after a time when you connect to NodeJS chat again, you can receive several active events at the same time.

    Hmm, weird.

You face this issue Node.js SDK side but only randomly when the "other side" is an Android (Rainbow official or SDK) ?

I'll ask Node.js team to have a look...

    Good morning Pascal,

any news? Monitoring users connecting to bot, you can see in the next table the number of chat events per second of different rainbow clients/phones. this only happen with Android. Web/desk and ios working well.

    Hi,

    No sorry.

I think the client's type is missing in your table or ?  And they are all "chat activate events" ?

Could you please describe the process ?

    • on the left a Node.js BOT
    • on the right, an official Android Rainbow app ?
    • chatting (IM I suppose) from Android to Node.js BOT generates lot of events (a new chat activate event is received)
    • another client, Web, iOS: not so much.

Could you please check if the user used is ONLY logged in on Android ?
I mean, not also logged in on another Rainbow client.

    Regards,
    Pascal
