Good morning,

are there any parameter to identify a Rainbow account as bot user?  There are some functions like conversation.type with Bot type=2,  or this is only for Standard bots like Emily.

    Hi Alejandro,

    For the moment only Emily is identified as user role "Bot" (or support) and conversation "bot".

    There will be an "emily" and whole Bot system rework but I don't have a date for new APIs/changes.
    It'll be announced on the HUB and newsletter.
