We would like to have the possibility (at admin level) to restrict phone book search and search results to their own company or own AD contacts.

It is quite annoying if you search a name like Schmit or Dupont and the systems proposes a lot of contacts that you will never call in your life.

  When I look at the existing demands, I find Jan's post: "Filter the Search Result in Rainbow to Display Only my Company Members". You had the same idea! Let's merge these suggestions to get more comments and more votes!
