    Hi Gregoire,

I faced the same problem and asked the server team to have a look.

(I moved your post here in the HUB and the sandbox)

I'll post here when it'll be solved.

    Best regards,
    Pascal

I just try with 2 accounts on the sandbox, for them it's OK

Is you account used by a bot which tries and retries to login with a bad password => account blocked for 1 hour

A try: change the password by clicking "Forgotten your password"

    Hi Pascal,

The account is not used by a bot. We will open a case with the support team.

We will try the Forgotten your password :)

    Thanks

    Hi,

Do you have an account registered in the HUB ?

There you can create a company and admin user to the Sandbox:

After that, this admin user on the sandbox may create other test accounts in the sandbox company using the CLI:

    https://hub.openrainbow.com/#/documentation/doc/sdk/cli/tutorials/Managing_tests_accounts

    Please do

    $ npm install -g rainbow-cli

    then

    $ rbw configure

    and select sandbox.  Then

    $ rbw login

and play with commands, like creating a new user in your sandbox company:

$ rbw create user 'atestuser@acompany.com' 'aPassword_123' 'aFirstname' 'aLastname'

    Hi,

So, your user usgssys2015 (at) yahoo, is only a user, not a company admin, so he can't create another user.  That's normal.
He belongs to Rainbow company -> essential user, no rights

To check the HUB user you have, I would need your email.  I'll obfuscate it before accepting the comment.

    Hi SS SS,

After checking on the Sandbox platform, the account used has no admin right.

Are you sure you are using the Rainbow developer account received by email by activating your developer account (see screenshoot above).

usgssys2015@yahoo.com is not the right login email account to use.

Could you check again on your own again. If you don't find the right account, we will create a new one again.

    Regards,

    Olivier

    Dear Olivier,

    1) Screen shots of 'hub registration' status for your reference.

    2) for your info, I register sandbox account separately using same e-mail from the following link

     https://web-sandbox.openrainbow.com/app/1.45.3/index.html

    Hi SS SS,

When registering account separately, the rights associated to the account is limited to "user".

That's why the easiest way is to use the account received by email.

In the meantime, I create a company and give you the right to administrate it.

Now, it should work with the account you use.

    Regards,

    Olivier

    1) Thank you. Now I can execute create user. However, I always get the invalid email login format when I use the

    >>>>>rbw create user command. Can you help to explain. The screen shot is attached.

    2) I am still interested to clarify on your feedback on

'When registering account separately, the rights associated to the account is limited to "user".

You explained that   'the easiest way is to use the account received by email.'

    I did received a e-mail with a Subject & content as follows:

SUBJECT: Your Rainbow developer account has been created

    the content of e-mail

    Developer Sandbox Platform information:
    • Rainbow Sandbox URL: https://web-sandbox.openrainbow.com
    • Your developer account : _________15@yahoo.com
    • Your developer password:
    • Sandbox API Host address : https://sandbox.openrainbow.com:443/
Complete Rainbow API and SDK documentation are accessible here:
    https://hub.openrainbow.com
If you need more test accounts, you can either connect with your Rainbow
Web client for administrating your sandbox company from the URL
https://web-sandbox.openrainbow.com or download our Rainbow CLI tool
    from the URL https://www.npmjs.com/package/rainbow-cli.

I solved the problem  of reular expression for e-mail.

create user email pwd fname lname

shall NOT add ' ' quotation marks for each parameters for email, pwd , fname , lname

A revision of online documentation is necessary.
