See the called huntgroupname in Rainbow
Hi there,
As in the future rainbow will be replacing pimphony*, we already see an issue araising.
On the oxo we have an deskphone.
This deskphone is member of multiple huntgroups ie (Sales, support and administration). These huntgroups can be reached via DDI numbers or via Automated Attendant-menu
When the(se) huntgroup(s) is/are called
In Pimphony Basic is seen the huntgroup number
In Pimphony Pro is seen the huntgroup number
In Pimphony Team is seen the huntgroup number
In Pimphony Operator is seen the huntgroup number
Now we attach an rainbow user to this deskphone and the huntgroups are called, now we only see the cli of the caller and no indication for which huntgroup the call was ment.
In my opinion this is a missing feature therefor I would like to ask to make it possible to see the huntgroup number or even better the huntgroup name in rainbow.
*(Pimphony already no longer supported in oxo connect R3 evolution (ipbox)).

This feature would be very helpfull for one of our customers, which is already using Rainbow. The are working with telephonists who anwser calls for different offices. And they must answer the calls with the correct company name.
And like Elzo indicated, with Pimphony was there a possiblity to show the group number. But it would be a great addition if Rainbow would support huntgroup names.
