OOO for Rainbow Bubble and group mail ids

Hi Team, 

Please find the description of the Title 

Consider our case ALE CHENNAI is on Team outing for 3 days which is not known to most . Not sure everybody has enabled OOO, in this case ? A notification from people mailing group or chat group (Bubble) . Saying " Team has gone for Vacation " would be good here, It can also be used for regional holidays declared for the complete year.

Outlook doesn't support groups OOO,  Unavailability of a Team or a Group can be visible to all layers of employees across sites . Of course Specific Country Holidays also doesn't reflect as OOO,But people working in other site will wait for reply... ,

Like Meeting and Holiday reminders we can also Publish / Notify specific Site is on leave  for the following days, Example : France site is leave for the next day etc and also it helps to plan our work and follow agility in perfect way.
