iOS SDK background call issue

Initially, the app is in background, the call comes and is rejected from our side.

Then, the app is opened and again put in the background. 

Now, In this case if call comes and  is rejected from our side ,still the calling process keeps on going in the background through call kit.

  Hi,
  
  I am not getting call when app is not running state.
  i configured production certificate and voip. will i have to implement pushkit??
