Handsfree behavior
I have a request from my customers.
When we receive a call on the mobile, it is not possible to put in handsfree mode while it is ringing. It is only possible after we pick the call.
Is it possible to modify this behavior as it is uncomfortable when driving.
Note that the button to go Handsfree while ringing is present when the WebRTC gateway is present and the account linked to the OXE estension.
Please let me know when the behavior can be improved.

Totally agree. I raised this several months ago and was told no for privacy reasons. It should also be available as an option when dialling. Dial then hand free option while ringing not when call is answered. Again the driving scenario but also when working at desk or installing in a difficult situation.
