jump to last message in bubble

When receiving message in a Bubble, it would be very useful if Rainbow automatically scrolled up to the message the user last read as opposed to forcing them to scroll up and remember what the last message they red in that Bubble was.

When there are a large number of unread messages in a Bubble, it can be confusing to have to scroll all the way up the conversation.
