Automatic flush of inactive subscribers
Hi Team, If an user leave the organization or has not logged in to rainbow(desktop/mobile/web) for a long time(the timeline should be defined), the system should automatically flush the users. This would enhance the performance of the rainbow and help in enhancing the QoS.
To further add to the above description, from 1.49.2 there is an option to send mail if the contact is offline for many days(no. of days offline to be defined). Based on the email response ie delivery failure to the recipient we can assume that the employee has left the organisation. Screenshot attached.
