Bubble not shown

Hi Rainbow Team,

 

I am having problems with the Bubbles since your last update (26.11.2018).

When I create Bubble and add the users without invite (sendAnInvite = false) there are no notifications on the user side about new bubble, invitation and messages. Only after I Logout and Login with the user, I can see the new Bubble in the Bubbles section.

 

This was not an issue before 2 days. Everything was perfect.

I am using Web and Win Desktop Client 1.49.6.
