no sound between Rainbow and deskphone

    Hello Christophe,

    According to the description given, the issue seems to be in the SIP configuration between the PBX and the WebRTC Gateway or a firewall issue.
    Do you have checked the configuration with the help of our article and the TCs?


    OXE, please consult TC2462.

    OXO, please consult TC2479.

    If you consider that the configuration is correct, according to the TC, then I suggest you first contact the PBX support, so they can verify that it does not come from the PBX side.

    The problem has been solved following the installation of the firmware R030_059_001 on the OXO (previous version 051)
    As an end customer, can I access the TC2479 documentation?
