Indicate Members who Have Seen a Message in the Bubbles

I have noticed when in a conversation that you can see when someone is in the conversation by the two blue ticks. I would think this needs to be extended in to the bubble and also providing additional information on who has been in to the bubble to see that message.

Say a drop down menu so you can see who has read the message, and then it can be tracked by the organizers.
